Richer Sea photography is the trading name of Andrew Haynes, trading as a sole trader.  I am an independent photographer based in Oxford.  I specialise in watersports, adventure sports and outdoor photography in challenging conditions.  I have previously worked as a sailing and powerboat instructor and as chief instructor at a large west London sailing club.  During my time teaching racing courses to young sailors I started using video as a coaching method, before moving into shooting video at sailing events and whilst scuba diving.  Soon after this I began shooting still images as well, and now the majority of what I do is still photographs, although I do occasionally use video as well.  
 
Outside of photography most of my interests are either in music of outdoor sports.  I climb and dive, and still teach sailing and power boating from time to time. 
 
I use a number of freelance photographers and assistants when working at larger events or shoots, all of whom are equally experienced in events and art photography.
